Diamond 30 mkII.
The Diamond 30 mkII is the modernized version of the flagship, largest floorstanding speakers in the Diamond series.
The depth, speed, and dynamics of the lowest frequencies in this three-way construction are guaranteed by two woofers from the Norwegian brand Seas (Prestige series). This is achieved through massive magnetic structures significantly larger than its predecessor, larger 1.5-inch aluminum-copper voice coils, and a design that ensures a more piston-like operation.
The midrange driver is a Seas design modyfied by our engineers. Specifically for the Diamond 30 mkII, the popular dust cap at the center of the midrange speaker's cone has been replaced with a so-called phase plug (bullet). This eliminates the space under the dust cap, eliminating resonances in that area, resulting in reduced coloration in the upper midrange. Similar to the low-frequency drivers, the construction features provide excellent dynamics, detailed transmission, and the ability to faithfully reproduce vocals. The entire construction is made using Spider Ring technology, developed for better control of the production process for high-end products.
We have also refreshed the high-frequency speaker. The tweeter in the Diamond 30 mkII is a Danish Scan-Speak with a neodymium magnetic system, a dual resonance chamber, and a modified front made of durable cellular rubber in black color that better complements the design. These changes result in even better detail and microdynamics in the highest frequencies, along with greater efficiency, control, and lower non-linear distortions.
Compared to its predecessor, the column design has undergone a subtle facelift. The form is characterized by a slightly greater tilt, which, in addition to aesthetic qualities, improves the time integration of individual frequency bands. The column's base has also been completely redesigned, giving the system a sleeker silhouette while maintaining a timeless, minimalist character. In addition to carefully considered reinforcements and ribs, we have applied a new sound-absorbing material alongside natural sheep's wool. The entire system has been tested using a laser vibrometer and our anechoic chamber.
In designing the modernized version of the Diamonds, we succeeded in improving the predecessor, maintaining the series' characteristic philosophy in terms of both sound and design. The lowest frequencies have gained depth, speed, and control. The midrange exhibits even greater naturalness and neutrality, while the high frequencies have become significantly more detailed. Simplicity, impeccable presence, and refined sound are undeniable strengths of the new Diamond 30s.
These speakers are dedicated to rooms ranging from 28 to 48 square meters.

Diamond 30 mkII - Audiophile-Heaven "Hall Of Fame"!
We rarely start posts with quotes, but this time we couldn't resist:
"(...)For a modest price, you can buy some of the best sounding speakers in the world, speakers that make a subwoofer unnecessary (...), which I personally consider infinitely enjoyable, to the point that I can declare that currently, out of all the speakers I have managed to test in my room, the Pylon Audio Diamond 30 mkII are my favorite pair of speakers of all time, thanks to their excellent resolution, detail, and sound depth, as well as build quality. The "RED Fingerprint" Distinction for our design from the highfidelity.pl magazine editorial team! In the January issue, a review of the Diamond 30 MkII, the largest floorstanding speaker in the updated Diamond series was featured. Wojciech Pacuła, the editor-in-chief, wrote about his listening experience as follows:
"(...)Listening to the same tracks from the album with the Diamond 30 Mk II speakers gave me a similar sensation of participating in an event that vibrates, pulsates, and swings – propelling forward. This is because Polish designs are wonderfully open, free from compression, making one eager to explore more albums with them out of curiosity about how they will play this or that. (...)" - read
